Return Policy

We want you to love your Janova pieces. However, if something doesn’t fit quite right, you can request a return within 10 days from the date you’ve received all items in your order.

Which items are eligible to be returned?

All item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

🚫Non-returnable items include:

• Products marked as Final Clearance.
• Lingerie, tights, socks, and certain accessories (Belts, bags, and shoes are returnable).
• Swimwear that has been tried on without underwear or has the hygiene liner removed.
• Matching sets cannot be returned separately.
• Orders paid entirely with Store Credit are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

The following items do not qualify as manufacturing defects: 

• Loose threads, raw edges, fabric texture, thickness, or slight color variations due to monitor display.
• Dissatisfaction with style, color, or changes in personal preference.
• Damage caused by washing, improper maintenance, alterations, or self-repair.
• Minor variations in size or design between different styles.

Please note that return shipping fees must be covered by the customer, unless the original product is defective.
